He got 26 eggs, they anticipate that at least some of those will be immature.

J’s sample was the best it’s been in almost a year. Still not great – they are doing ICSI (whew), but the embryologist was very happy that he’d be able to choose good sperm.

The cervical dilation went much better than the previous time per my doctor. He experimented a little with the catheter, positioning, etc., and is very very optimistic that transfer will go better than either of us initially anticipated. I cannot express in words my relief about that at the moment.

I’ll post tomorrow afternoon with the fertilization report.
