limbo

10dp3dt.

Beta = 10.

This doesn’t look very good, does it?

Edited to add:

Progesterone: 14.9. Nurse told me they like to see over 15. So we double my PIO dose. And I’m not even allowed to walk my race. Retest on Sunday.

  1. Oh, I hate limbo betas so much. I’m sorry you’re being tortured with a 10. When do you go back for beta #2? I’ll be keeping you in my thoughts and crossing my fingers.

  2. ewwwwwwwwwww ummmmmm no but maybe?

Ok so you know that you are going to get the token “so and so had the same beta on the same day and now she is preg/has children. Will they retest tomorrow or Monday?

I do not know whether to be slightly happy of slightly sad…..

  3. Crossing everything here for you! Hoping beta #2 is good!

  4. Why can none of this be straightforward! Thinking of you while you’re stuck in limbo.

  5. Yikes, well that sucks. But I do hope you’re the one everyone will be telling stories about. “You know, I knew someone with a beta of 10 who had a happy, healthy baby.”

    Hang in there.

  6. I want to say I’m sorry and I’m holding out hope at the same time. Limbo sucks.

  7. Ack… I so hope you don’t have to be in limbo hell like I’ve been in for the past month. Keeping my fingers crossed that beta #2 is better.

  8. Stupid limbo.

Dear Gods, deliver our Mrs. Hope from this crap and let her come out on the happy side, please.

    -D.

  9. Mrs. Hope, I am sorry you are having to go through a limbo beta. I will pray for the beta to go up for you Hugs sweetie.

  10. I’m sorry you’re stuck in limboland. I’m still holding out hope for you.

  11. wow 50 sounds like a lot! my doc always wanted to see mine over 25 so i had to get on one injection a day until my 13th week.

still keeping my fingers crossed that the 2nd beta turn out higher!

  12. NBHHY! Hoping for a better number in a few days

  13. Meh, a 10. My first pregnancy was an eleven. Everything went beautifully with the extra progesterone until the 3rd month, and now we know that I am losing pregnancies because of clotting issues. The low beta most likely had nothing to do with that loss. My repro. center considers anything over 8 a pregnancy, and they only pay attention to the doubling rates as far as success.

I don’t get to see the results of beta number two because we’re leaving town early tomorrow. You’ll be on my mind. I hope your ten turns into a 20, 40, 80, etc.

I know how you feel. The 2ww has been extended. Hang in there.

  14. ARGGGHHHH. How aggravating!!! I am excited however that we appear to have hope for today. I am maintaining hope for great news and would like to second the person who said “I hope you are the one we are telling stories about.”

  15. Mrs. Hope I am keeping my fingers crossed and am hoping you don’t have to go wait any longer.

  16. Mrs. Hope I am keeping my fingers crossed and am hoping you don’t have to go wait any longer.

  17. Mrs. Hope, wishing you some better news with fingers crossed.

  18. Mrs. Hope this really sucks, I’m sorry that you don’t even get to run your race. Hoping that the beta number 2 gives you a clear answer.
