beta #4

hCG: 156 (doubling time of 44 hours)
P4: 34.1
E2: 342

Dr says he hopes/thinks it might be a “late implanter” – still somewhere in the 50/50 range for viability. They want me to wait an entire WEEK before doing more bloodwork. We’ll see if I can make it that long.

J actually called and talked to the dr yesterday, and I talked to him today. Our conversations must have made an impression on him – the nurse actually CALLED ME during her lunch hour to tell me the numbers and what he said about them. That has *never* happened before.

Here’s the plan – hope without abandon for now. That’s all I can do.

Oh…and I told J…it *must* be a boy.

  6. Hey, I’m thrilled that your beta doubled in 44 hours. I’ll be think of you, praying for you, and checking back to see how things go this week. I have my first beta drawn tomorrow and I am scared. My hpt today showed a very, very faint line which would indicate positive. I’m not sure if it’s enough to count. I’m praying for both of us!
