back to brown (edited)

Thanks for all the support and concern.

The spotting is back to brown – pretty much absent overnight, but showed back up during/after my blood draw excursion.

Now I just wait, hope the spotting goes away, and hope my hormone levels increase appropriately.

I have had the worst luck with the lab lately. Today, they “missed” that they were supposed to run a quant hCG level. I think it will get run today, but I’m waiting on a call from my doctor’s office. My E2 is still way high, my P4 is high, but it dipped to 293 from 467 since the last draw. None of it means a damn thing without the hCG.

  1. Glad to hear things have settled down. Will be feverishly praying for a wonderful number when they call you later today.

  3. I’m glad to hear it. I’m thinking of you.

  4. I’ll be waiting the results, and hoping for nice, high ones. I wish there was some kind of UterusCam, where you could just check in and see exactly what was going on. My best gf had an ectopic, and her symptoms were nonstop spotting for a week after the BFP, never pink/red and all brown, with horrible pain. Your spotting definitely sounds more innocuous, and your numbers have grown so nicely–I would think they couldn’t do that in a tube this late in the game. But that’s just me thinking. ((hugs)) and praying for a return to a beautiful, “boring” pregnancy.

  5. Brown is good. 🙂 Hope you get some nice numbers today. I hate this part, its both so exciting and nerve wracking, all rolled into one.

  6. Back to brown is good. Especially since you said the bright red wasn’t abundent.

Hoping the test results shows awesome results.

  7. hoping for you too! sounds like things are just normal.

  9. What a fright! I hope you’re coping with the waiting all right.

  10. Argh! Someone out there would really like to see you go out of your mind. Thanks for the update, and I’m crossing my fingers that they get their act together and give you an hGH number by the end of the day.
