transfer is done

So transfer went well. My doctor, for those of you that know him, was only 15 minutes late – that counts as perfectly on time.

The first embryo thawed did survive. However, it hadn’t started expanding as of transfer time, which I don’t think is a good thing. The embryologist said something like, “we have seen pregnancies with embryos that don’t expand before transfer”, and the exchange between my doctor and the embryologist went something like, “has it expanded?”. “No.” “Not at all?”

It’s an embryo from the 3rd fresh cycle – which is not a cycle I thought went well at all. But it’s too late now, and maybe it will start expanding soon.

9 days until the pregnancy test.
