deleted

The pictures (yes, turns out there were 3) of me have been deleted from the SD card.  Mr. Hope’s laptop has an SD card reader, so we quietly deleted the photos.

I’m slightly nervous about leaving the previous post up, as my SIL asked something like “are you still doing the blogs?”  She’s not supposed to know, but it’s not hard to find me here if you are looking, despite my efforts.  Whois is anonymous, I’ve never used my name here, but somehow, if you google my first and last name, the url for this blog shows up.  I can’t figure out why.

Anyway.  Thanks for your support.  The moment I saw the picture for the first time, it was like having the wind knocked out of me.  I can prepare for certain triggers, but photos I don’t recall…not so much.

  1. That SUCKS 😦 Glad they are deleted though.

I’m a search engine optimization ‘person’ 🙂 and someone must be linking to this site with your name in the ‘linking text’. I just scanned your linking data and most people link to it as Hold My Hope or Mrs Hope but someone, somewhere, it’s associated with your name on the big world wide web, and the great Google knows. 😦

    • Mr. Hope says exactly the same thing. I (recently and in the past) have scoured the incoming links and can’t figure it out. Only thing I can come up with is that this url was initially registered in my name for a different purpose and had my name on it in assorted places – but they’re long, long gone now.

  2. Wow, that was brutal. I can’t believe the level of insensitivity. My heart just breaks that you went through that. I hope your holidays get better!
